Abstract:
Provided are a resonator (100) and a manufacturing method therefor, a filter, and an electronic device, relating to the field of resonators, and being capable of suppressing spurs on an admittance curve of a resonator. The resonator (100) comprises: a substrate (S), and a transducer (T) arranged on the substrate (S). The transducer (T) comprises a first electrode (a1), a piezoelectric layer (a3), and a second electrode (a2) which are arranged in a stacked manner. The second electrode (a2) is close to the substrate (S) relative to the first electrode (a1). The first electrode (a1) comprises a first edge (e1). The piezoelectric layer (a3) comprises a second edge (e2). The first edge (e1) is flush with the second edge (e2).
