Abstract:

A small-sized resonator having a desired conductor (Q) corresponding to the manufacturing cost, a device comprises the resonator, and its manufacturing method are disclosed. Capacitive regions (4a to 4f) are formed by superimposing the ends of ring-like conductor lines (2a to 2f) in the direction of the thickness, with dielectric layers interposed therebetween. The other conductive regions of the lines than the capacitive regions act as dielectric regions. The widths of the lines decrease from the central part to the outside and inside parts. Thus, a resonator composed of resonate units are produced.
