Abstract:
Disclosed are a resource allocation method and apparatus, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: a network device sending first configuration information and second configuration information to a terminal device, with the first configuration information and the second configuration information being used for configuring a time domain position of a first resource, wherein the first configuration information comprises a first bitmap, the second configuration information comprises a second bitmap, the first bitmap is used for indicating the position of first slots comprising the first resource, and the second bitmap is used for indicating a start symbol position of the first resource in at least one of the first slots; and the network device transmitting, in the first resource, a physical downlink control channel to the terminal device.
