Abstract:
Disclosed are a resource allocation method and a base station. The base station acquires a service state of a VoLTE of a UE, and judges whether the detection of an SR sent by the UE is omitted according to the service state. When determining that the detection of the SR sent by the UE is omitted, the base station sends an uplink grant to the UE, so that the UE uses an allocated uplink resource to perform data transmission in a timely manner.
