Abstract:
Disclosed are a resource allocation method, device, and storage medium, used for resolving the problem, in implementing machine-type communication (MTC), of resource allocation with smaller resource allocation granularity. The method comprises: by means of an uplink resource allocation parameter, transmitting a configuration resource to a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) of a terminal; sending said uplink resource allocation parameter to said terminal. By means of the method, device, and storage medium of the present disclosure, a base station transmits a configuration resource to a physical shared channel of a terminal by means of an uplink resource allocation parameter, and sends said resource allocation parameter to the terminal, thus solving the problem in the related art of resource allocation in a PUSCH being only for situations in which the minimum resource allocation granularity is 1 physical resource block; the granularity of resource allocation is reduced and the power of an MTC terminal when sending on a PUSCH is greater, further increasing spectral efficiency and improving the coverage performance of an MTC terminal on a PUSCH.
