Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a resource authorization method and device, comprising: a network device sends downlink control information (DCI) to a terminal device, the DCI comprising information of a transmission resource and information of a service level that a service to be transmitted over the transmission resource should have, and the service level comprising service priority and/or a service type. Reasonable resource allocation can be implemented to ensure normal transmission of services at different levels.
