Abstract:
A resource block scheduling method and an electronic device performing the method are disclosed. An electronic device according to various embodiments may comprise a processor, and a memory which is electrically connected to the processor and stores instructions executable by the processor, wherein when the instructions are executed, the processor: on the basis of channel quality information indexes (CQIs) relating to a plurality of terminals, acquires achievable rates when resource blocks are allocated to the plurality of terminals; and inputs the achievable rates to a trained neural network model so as to output a schedule for allocation of the resource blocks to the plurality of terminals, and the neural network model is trained to collect the training CQIs relating to the plurality of terminals, acquire, on the basis of the training CQIs, training achievable rates when the resource blocks are allocated to the plurality of terminals, and output the schedule, in which the sum of the rates for the plurality of terminals is maximized and fairness indexes for the plurality of terminals satisfy a configured fairness condition, by using the input training achievable rates.
