The present invention provides a resource configuration information processing method and apparatus, and a terminal device. The method comprises: performing frame structure reconstruction on a Beacon frame to obtain a reconstructed Beacon frame, the reconstructed Beacon frame carrying fixed information and resource configuration information of at least one user equipment, the fixed information comprising specified necessary information in base station information and synchronization information, and the resource configuration information comprising channel occupancy time information; and sending the reconstructed Beacon frame to each user equipment so that the user equipment transmits data within corresponding channel occupancy time according to the fixed information and the resource configuration information carried in the reconstructed Beacon frame. According to the present invention, by using a reconstructed Beacon frame to send resource configuration information, the length of the Beacon frame is reduced and the transmission time of the Beacon frame is shortened as far as possible, and thus more time is saved for data transmission and reception. Moreover, in the resource configuration information, channel occupancy time information is utilized to indicate the channel resource allocation of the user equipment, without limitation by the frame structure and time slot configuration of the system.
