Abstract:
The present application relates to a resource configuration method and apparatus. The resource configuration method comprises: generating a first message, wherein the first message comprises indication information, the indication information is used for indicating first information to which a V2X resource of a first cell is applicable, and the first information is cell information and/or frequency information; and sending or broadcasting the first message in the first cell. In the embodiments of the present application, cells or frequencies to which a V2X resource is applicable are indicated by means of a first message, such that when cell reselection or cell switching is carried out, a terminal device can clearly determine to which cells or frequencies the V2X resource can continue to be applicable. If these cells are reselected or switched to, the terminal device does not need to acquire a V2X resource of these cells, can directly use a V2X resource of old cells, and naturally also does not need to carry out sensing on the V2X resource, thereby reducing an operation process of the terminal device and reducing the power consumption of the terminal device; moreover, since there is no need to use an exceptional transmitting resource pool, the transmission performance is improved.
