Abstract:

The embodiments of the present invention relate to a resource configuration method, a terminal device and a base station. The method comprises: a terminal device acquiring at least one type of information from among configuration information about a first resource, configuration information about at least one set of synchronization resources, time domain period information, bitmap information, configuration information about reserved resources and configuration information about a time division duplex (TDD) system, and according to the at least one type of information, determining the number of reserved subframes in the first resource and time domain positions, in the first resource, of the reserved subframes and determining a second resource, wherein the second resource is a set of candidate subframes for the terminal device to perform D2D data transmission; and the terminal device performing D2D data transmission according to the bitmap information and the second resource. The terminal device can determine the number of reserved subframes and time domain positions of the reserved subframes by means of pre-configured information or information sent by the base station, and further accurately use a second resource to perform D2D data transmission according to the bitmap information.
