Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are resource determination and receiving methods, an apparatus, a network device and a terminal, the resource determination method comprising: determining a random access opportunity contained within an uplink symbol to be an effective random access opportunity; the receiving method comprises: a terminal unexpectedly receiving a downlink signal on an effective random access opportunity and/or in M symbols before the effective random access opportunity.
