Abstract:
Disclosed is a resource management system capable of calculating a safety ratio so that a resource amount for satisfying an SLA does not become excessive. An excess ratio calculation means (52) calculates an achievement ratio on the basis of a requested value related to quality and a data group of measured values for representing quality which has been measured in a system which is to satisfy an SLA, and subtracts a compliance ratio from the achievement ratio to calculate an excess ratio. A safety ratio derivation means (53) calculates an allocated resource amount for a system satisfying the condition that the excess ratio be 0 using the excess ratio, and calculates the safety ratio on the basis of the allocated resource amount and the used resource amount per unit time of the system in a steady state.
