A resource management system is provided with: an information acquisition unit that periodically acquires information related to resource usage due to loads; a user terminal that generates data for permitted usage periods; a period setting unit that sets the permitted usage period for each load on the basis of the data for the permitted usage periods; an assessment unit that assesses whether the use of the resources for each load is within the permitted usage period; and a display unit that uses the assessment results of the assessment unit to distinguish whether the use of the resources for each load is within the permitted usage period, and displays the resource usage periods. The user terminal generates a single batch of data for the permitted usage periods, and the period setting unit is provided with a batch setting unit that configures batch settings whereby the batch of for the permitted usage periods is set to the permitted usage periods for all of the loads.
