Abstract:
Disclosed is a resource recovery system for electronic waste. The system comprises a pretreatment device (1), a plasma gasification melting device (2), a flue gas recycling device (3) and a valuable-metal extraction device (4); a gas outlet of the pretreatment device is connected to a tuyere of the plasma gasification melting device, and a discharge port of the pretreatment device is connected to a feed port of the plasma gasification melting device; and a flue gas outlet of the plasma gasification melting device is connected to a gas inlet of the flue gas recycling device, and a melting liquid outlet of the plasma gasification melting device is connected to a liquid inlet of the valuable-metal extraction device. The system provides devices for realizing the harmlessness of the sintering gas, waste heat recovery and harmlessness of the smelting flue gas, recycling of the tail gas, comprehensive recovery of valuable metals, etc. in a shorter process flow, and achieves sufficient harmlessness, reduction and resource utilization of the electronic waste.
