Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a resource selection method and apparatus, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: a first terminal performs resource listening in a first listening window and selects a resource in a first selection window according to the listening result, the first listening window corresponding to a first time range, and a first selection window corresponding to a second time range, wherein the first time range is before the second time range, the second time range is before a target time point, and the target time point is the time point when service data arrives, or the time point when a higher layer generates the service data.
