Title:
RESPIRATION DETECTION SYSTEM AND RESPIRATION DETECTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/039601
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The problem addressed is to improve the respiration detection accuracy. The respiration detection system includes a transmitting unit for transmitting radio waves to a plurality of locations including a location where a subject is, a receiving unit for receiving reflected waves reflected by the radio waves, a phase-fluctuation-calculating unit for calculating the phase fluctuation of the reflected waves, a generating unit for performing Fourier transformation on the phase fluctuations and generating a spectrogram showing the relationship between the time when the reflected waves were received and the frequency component included in the reflected waves, and a respiratory-rate-estimating unit for estimating the respiratory rate of the subject by outputting the probability that the subject breathes at a predetermined frequency on the basis of the spectrogram for each frequency and calculating the weighted average of the frequency using the probability as a weight.
