Abstract:
The present invention provides a respiratory muscle training device through resistance nasal breathing, which is provided in the form of a mask worn on the face to increase the adaptability for middle-aged and elderly people so as to improve blood pressure, vascular function, and lung function. According to the present invention, the respiratory muscle training device: is provided in the form of a mask that can be easily worn by anyone on his/her face to increase adaptability and convenience for use during exercise and daily life; includes an enclosed space where only the nose is located, to prevent dead space and allow clean air to be inhaled; and is equipped with an air resistance control unit which penetrates the enclosed space to control the air pressure and flow rate and simultaneously to block the inhalation of pollutants, thereby providing respiratory muscle training according to inhalation and exhalation through resistance nasal breathing to significantly improve blood pressure, vascular function, and lung function. Therefore, the present invention is the first attempt, which never existed in the past, to prevent and treat hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and lung diseases.
