Abstract:
A restoration material for dental use, characterized in that it is used as a restoration material for dental use, it comprises a fiber-reinforced resin material prepared by impregnating glass fibers with a resin monomer being curable with a light and/or heat, and a filament of the glass fiber has a diameter of 18 to 50 μm; and an artificial tooth using the above material. The above restoration material has the strength sufficient for a fiber-reinforced resin material as a restoration material for dental use, and also exhibits good workability during a restoration operation.
