Abstract:
The present invention provides a retainer (10) which is for a one-way clutch and is provided with a pocket part (11) accommodating an engager (4) provided in an annular space between an outer ring (2) and an inner ring (3) and which is press-fitted to the outer ring (2), wherein: a convex part provided at the axial center of the retainer (10) is press-fitted to the outer ring (2); one axial side and the other axial side are symmetrical to each other with respect to the convex part; a press-fitting area in which the convex part is press-fitted and a non-press-fitting area in which the convex part is not press-fitted are alternately provided in a circumferential direction; and the non-press-fitting area is provided at a location which faces the press-fitting area with the axis center of the retainer (10) interposed therebetween.
