Abstract:
A retainer riveting process and an electric scroll compressor bearing. The retainer riveting process at least comprises the following steps: selecting two retainer bodies (3) and a corresponding number of rivets (1), wherein each retainer body (3) comprises a ball pocket portion and a connecting plate (31), the connecting plate (31) has a thickness of S, each rivet (1) sequentially comprises a rivet head (11), a rivet tightening section (12), a transition section (13) and a guide section (14) in an axial direction, the rivet tightening section (12) has a length of e and a diameter of d1, the total length of the rivet tightening section (12) and the transition section (13) is b, the guide section (14) has a diameter of d2, and e = 0.85S to 1S, b = 1.8e to 2e, and d1 > d2; the rivets (1) sequentially penetrating corresponding riveting holes in the two retainer bodies (3), wherein at this moment, the rivet tightening sections (12) are in interference fit with the riveting holes, and gaps are left between the guide sections (14) and the riveting holes; and pressurizing end portions of the rivets (1), and the guide sections (14) and the transition sections (13) deforming to fill the gaps between the rivets (1) and the riveting holes.
