Abstract:
Disclosed are a retinoic acid-modified LYTAC molecule, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. The retinoic acid-modified LYTAC molecule has a structure as shown in formula (I). In formula (I), n represents the molecular weight of PEG and is 60-5000; R is an antibody, a polypeptide, or a small molecule compound targeting a target protein. The retinoic acid-modified LYTAC molecule can be applied to targeted protein degradation and preparation of tumor cell activity inhibitors. Retinoic acid has high biological safety, and is easy to obtain and modify. It can be coupled to any antibody, polypeptide, or small molecule targeting and binding to protein receptors to achieve lysosomal degradation of extracellular or membrane proteins, and can be used for preparing tumor cell activity inhibitors for treating tumors, inflammation, and other diseases, thus having a wide application prospect.
