Abstract:
Retractable tool pliers (1) comprise a first jaw (2) and a second jaw (3) which are connected with each other, and two handle sleeves which are slidably fitted on handle portions (5) of the first jaw (2) and the second jaw (3), respectively. A positioning groove (6) is arranged at both ends of the handle portions (5). The front and rear faces of the handle sleeves (7) are respectively provided with through holes (8) nearing tips of the tool pliers (1) and whose positions are corresponding with each other. A positioning shaft (81) is mounted in the front and rear through holes (8), and the positioning shaft (81) is located in the positioning groove (6). With the technical solution, the handle sleeves are added on the handle portions of ordinary tool pliers, and the positioning groove and the positioning shaft are used cooperatively, which increases working arm of force of the tool pliers, thereby saving the operator's physical strength, improving the efficiency of the operator, and avoiding the occurrence of work-related injuries.
