Abstract:
The present invention relates to a retractor having an integrated air suction barrel, the retractor comprising a lip retraction part having a semicircular recessed groove surface that comes in contact with the edge of the lips, and a handle part through which the lip retraction part is pulled to open the mouth. Specifically, the present invention integrally includes, at the lower end of the lip retraction part, a lip pressing part for pressing the lower lip, and has an air suction barrel integrally attached to the lip pressing part so that a treatment space can be efficiently ensured in a small surgical space.
