Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a retro-reflective layer (20) having on one surface thereof a plurality of retro-reflective elements (24); and a back-surface layer (30) disposed facing the retro-reflective element-side surface of the retro-reflective layer. Sections of the retro-reflective layer and sections of the back-surface layer are adhered via joining parts (34) that have a color other than white. Voids (36) are formed between other sections of the retro-reflective layer and other sections of the back-surface layer. The color of the joining parts and the color of a layer, that is disposed on a side opposite the back-surface layer from the voids, are mutually different.
