Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a retroflection layer (20) that has, on one surface, a plurality of retroflection elements (24); a back surface layer (40) that is provided to face the retroflection element (24) surface of the retroflection layer (20) and has an adhesive part (42) that is adhered to the retroflection elements (24); and a plurality of particles (30) that are arranged between the retroflection elements (24) and the back surface layer (40). In plan view, the adhesive part (42) continuously surrounds a plurality of capsule parts (46). At the plurality of capsule parts (46), cavities (32) are formed between the retroflection elements (24) and the back surface layer (40).
