Abstract:

A raw retroreflection sheet comprising multiple glass balls, each of the glass balls at its lower hemisphere fitted with a metal reflection film, a support sheet of resin sustaining the multiple glass balls and a transparent cover film superimposed on a top surface side of the support sheet of resin, wherein the support sheet of resin and the cover film are bonded to each other by heated pressurized embossing applied from the back side thereof. The back side is provided with a pressure sensitive adhesive layer and a strippable film of resin covering the pressure sensitive adhesive layer. Emboss grooves formed by the heated pressurized embossing are filled with parts of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer exhibits a residual ratio of 10 to 50% and a drop time of 10 to 150 hr.
