Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a retroreflective layer 20 having a plurality of retroreflective elements 24 on one surface; a rear surface layer 40 provided facing the surface of the retroreflective elements 24 side of the retroreflective layer 20, and having an adhesion part 42 adhering to the retroreflective elements 24; a plurality of particles 30 disposed between the retroreflective elements 24 and the rear surface layer 40; and voids 32 formed between the retroreflective elements 24 and the plurality of particles 30.
