Abstract:
A return conveyance track and a screw-fastening machine provided with the same, said return conveyance track comprising a base (110), conveying mechanism (120), lifting mechanisms (130) and control mechanism. The conveying mechanism comprises a conveyor frame (121), upper conveyor belt (122) and lower conveyor belt (123), first driving device (124) and a positioning assembly. The conveyor frame (121) is disposed on the base (110). The upper conveyor belt (122) and lower conveyor beat (123) are spaced vertically apart and disposed horizontally within the conveyor frame (121), and convey in opposite directions. The positioning assembly is disposed on the conveyor frame (121) and used to position a carrier plate (300). Each lifting mechanism (130) comprises a lifting frame (131), lifting conveyor belt (132) and a second driving device (133). Two lifting frames (131) are respectively connected to a feed port and a discharge port of the conveyor frame (121). The lifting conveyor belts (132) are disposed within the lifting frames (131) such that they may be raised or lowered therein. The control mechanism is used to control the first driving device (124), second driving device (133) and the positioning assembly. Further disclosed is a screw-fastening machine provided with the return conveyance track. The return conveyance track is able to convey products in two directions while simultaneously raising and lowering the products, thereby enabling automated return of products, enhancing the efficiency of fastening and reducing manual labor.
