| Claims: The round mortise and tenon joint, which comprises of the tenon and mortise for joining the construction/structural elements (1 and 2), which differs from others, as the construction element (1) comprises a round mortise (4a), a round tenon (3a) and a support/base surface (5); and the construction/structural element (2) comprises a round tenon (3b), a round mortise (4b), support tenon (6) and support mortise (7), and all the reusable elements of the mortise and tenon joint have been made so that the construction element (1) can be put into the support/base mortise (7) in an oblique position, can be turned freely and can be fixed the the construction/structural element (2). |
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention belongs to the field of joining construction/structural elements with the round mortise and tenon joint and is about reusing round mortise and tenon joints. The invention is used for packages, boxes and frames made of wood and other materials and used in furniture industry etc.
STATE OF THE ART
Joining details with the mortise and tenon joint /JP 2003239921/, the elements being half-dovetail tenon and a suitable mortise, has been known before. Also the mortise and tenon joint /FR 2 592 923/ is known, the peculiarity being a wedge which is used to fix the wedged half-dovetail mortise.
The technical drawback of these solutions is that the joints can be used only once.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The purpose of the invention is to create an effective reusable round mortise and tenon joint for construction/structural elements.
The aim is gained with the help of round mortises and tenons, which have been made with the support/base tenon, support mortise and support surface so that it is possible to place the first construction element into the second construction element in an oblique position, to turn it freely and fix it with the second construction element.

The reusable mortise and tenon joint (Fig 1 and 2) is the construction/structural elements 1 and 2. The element 1 comprises the round tenon 3a, the round mortise 4a and the support/base surface 5; the element 2 comprises the round tenon 3b, the round mortise 4b, the support/base tenon 6 and the support mortise 7.
To fix a mortise and tenon joint (Fig 2), the construction element 1 is placed in an oblique position into the support mortise 7 of the construction element 2; and by turning the construction element 1 , a fixed mortise and tenon joint is completed. The reversed order of steps is used for unjoining the construction elements.
