The present invention relates to urinary incontinence underpants and a method for manufacturing same and, more specifically, to urinary incontinence underpants having a urinary incontinence pad attached thereto and a method for manufacturing same. The urinary incontinence underpants according to the present invention are characterized in that a urinary incontinence pad is coupled only at the front and rear ends thereof to the underpants through sewing, the urinary incontinence pad comprising: a lower cover; a waterproof layer placed on the lower cover; an absorption layer placed on the waterproof layer; and an upper cover placed on the waterproof layer. In relation to the urinary incontinence underpants according to the present invention, the present invention has provided new methods capable of preventing the lateral spread of urine on the urinary incontinence pad, and has presented a structure capable of increasing the efficiency of the pad through the balance and harmonization between the downward spread and lateral spread of urine. Further, the bottom of the pad is separate from the underpants, thereby enabling effective ventilation and drying.
