Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a graft material which is capable of allowing sufficient space for a regenerating tissue in a site of implantation and promoting regeneration of a blood vessel. Provided is a graft material for revascularization which comprises an outer tube and an inner tube which are formed by strands of a biodegradable single yarn being woven into a hollow tubular structure, and in which at least one inner tube having an outer diameter smaller than a luminal diameter of the outer tube is disposed in a lumen of the outer tube. Since the inner tube functions as a core of the outer tube, this revascularization graft material has excellent kinking resistance and is not susceptible to lumen occlusion.
