Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/098891
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention relates to a new system in the braking mechanism in cars and is fundamentally based on the use of the principle of reverse motion. The system is based on a set of four gears connected to a brake disc (rotor), and contact means, or what is known as brake pads, wherein the brake pads rotate in the opposite direction to the brake disc, at the same speed, depending on the number of teeth, the brake pads being disposed on a thin lightweight aluminium disc connected to the gears. The brake pads always rotate in the opposite direction to the brake disc, and when the brake pedal is pressed, the brake pads make contact with the brake disc, thereby causing stoppage.
