Abstract:
A reverse-current switch. The reverse-current switch comprises : a comparator unit (120), comprising a first input terminal (125), a second input terminal (126) and a first output terminal (127); a switch resistance unit (110), wherein a first terminal of the switch resistance unit is connected to the first input terminal; a second terminal of the switch resistance unit is connected to the second input terminal; a third terminal of the switch resistance unit is connected to the output terminal of the comparator unit; and the switch resistance unit is controlled by a voltage of the first output terminal. The reverse-current switch has a simple structure and can work under low voltage conditions.
