Disclosed is a reverse hanging beam, comprising two primary stressed plates (1) arranged parallel to each other and at an interval, two panels (2) arranged parallel to each other and at an interval, and several primary hanging plates (3) arranged at intervals, wherein the panels (2) are located between the two primary stressed plates (1) and are perpendicularly connected to the primary stressed plates (1); the primary hanging plates (3) are located between the two panels (2), and pass through the two primary stressed plates (1) and are fixedly connected to the primary stressed plates (1); each of the primary hanging plates (3) comprises a hanging plate body (31) located between the two primary stressed plates, and several lug plates (32) located on outer sides of the primary stressed plates; and hanging holes (33) are provided on the lug plates (32) in the thickness direction thereof. The reverse hanging beam is suitable for an object to be lifted with a relatively large linear change, such as a section of a ship with a relatively large linear change, and is capable of preventing the phenomenon of section slipping due to changes in the bending moment, thereby reducing the occurrence of safety accidents.
