Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: reverse nanodiscs; and a lipophilic dispersion in which said reverse nanodiscs are dispersed in a lipophilic solvent. A reverse nanodisc according to the present invention is characterized in that: the reverse nanodisc contains a non-ionic surfactant and a lipopeptide biosurfactant; the non-ionic surfactant forms a lipid bilayer with lipophilic sections thereof facing outside and hydrophilic sections thereof facing inside; and the lipopeptide biosurfactant binds to a side surface of the lipid bilayer.
