A reverse osmosis filtering module and a reverse osmosis filter comprising the same are described. One embodiment of a reverse osmosis filtering module according to the present invention may comprise: a purified water discharging pipe which includes a purified water discharging channel formed therein and having one side open and the other side closed and includes a communication hole formed through an outer periphery thereof and communicating with the purified water discharging channel; a reverse osmosis filtering part formed by winding a reverse osmosis filtering member, in which a purified water movable space is formed, around the purified water discharging pipe a plurality of times, so that the purified water movable space communicates with the communication hole; and a first and a second channel forming cap arranged at one side and the other side of the reverse osmosis filtering part, respectively, so that a predetermined channel through which water flows is formed between winding portions of the reverse osmosis filtering member wound a plurality of times around the purified water discharging pipe.
