Abstract:
A reverse osmosis membrane assembly (100) and a manufacturing method therefor, the manufacturing method for the reverse osmosis membrane assembly (100) comprising: S1, providing a central tube (10), and in the circumferential direction of the central tube (10), dividing the circumferential length of the outer contour of the central tube (10) into n equal divisions, and marking each equal division point; S2, providing n pure water guide cloths (20), and connecting one pure water guide cloth to any one of the equal division points of the central tube (10); S3, providing n filter members (30) composed of a reverse osmosis membrane (31) and a water inlet separating net (32); S4, winding the central tube (10) from one end of one pure water guide cloth (20) to the other end and, during the winding process, inserting a filter member (30) into the pure water guide cloth (20); when the pure water guide cloth (20) is wound to the next equal division point adjacent to any one equal division point in the winding direction, inserting another pure water guide cloth (20) between the pure water guide cloth (20) and the central tube (10), and continuing winding the central tube (10); and S5, repeating step S4 until the n pure water guide cloths (20) have been completely wound onto the central tube (10), completing the winding of the membrane to obtain the reverse osmosis membrane assembly (100).
