A reverse osmosis processing device wherein, on the interior of a pressurized vessel (24) provided with an inlet tube (56) that supplies water to be treated, a plurality of reverse osmosis membrane elements (22) equipped with reverse osmosis membranes (28) are connected in series by means of water collecting piping (34) through which permeated water that has passed through the reverse osmosis membranes (28) flows. The reverse osmosis processing device is provided with: a resistance body (80) that separates the permeated water within the water collecting piping (34) into a prior stage, which is on the side to which the water to be treated is supplied, and a subsequent stage, which is on the side from which the concentrated water is discharged; a first discharge tube (58) that discharges the permeated water of the prior stage; a second discharge tube (60) that discharges the permeated water of the latter stage; and a third discharge tube (62) that discharges the concentrated water. The first discharge tube (58) has a first valve (64). By adjusting the pressure in the pressurized vessel, the amount of permeated water is adjusted, and it is possible to eliminate unevenness in the amount of permeated water.
