Abstract:
A reverse rotation control system of an electric tool and control method for the same. The system comprises: a control center module being a core module and configured to detect a state of each signal of a peripheral module thereof, to process the signal and then to issue a processing instruction; a motor drive module configured to receive a timing signal sent from the control center module and to regularly drive an upper bridge and lower bridge of a field-effect transistor to be on or off; and an electric current processing module configured to perform detection on an electric current during forward or reverse rotation of the entire electric tool and to feed a signal back to the control center module, such that the control center module sends a signal to turn on or turn off the electric tool. The control system adds control functions for a reverse rotation electric current and time monitoring to monitor a use condition during reverse rotation for screw removal, thus realizing intelligent and fast screw removal.
