A reverse single-working-medium steam combined cycle, relating to the technical field of thermodynamics, refrigeration, and heat pumps, and referring to a closed process consisting of the following ten processes that are carried out separately or together by M1 kg and M2 kg working media: an endothermic vaporization process 12 by an M1 kg working medium, a boost process 23 by an M1 kg working medium, an endothermic process 34 by (M1+M2) kg working media, a boost process 45 by (M1+M2) kg working media, a heat release process 56 by (M1+M2) kg working media, a heat release process 67 by an M2 kg working medium, a depressurization process 73 by an M2 kg working medium, a boost process 68 by an M1 kg working medium, an exothermic condensation process 89 by an M1 kg working medium, and a depressurization process 91 by an M1 kg working medium.
