Abstract:
A reverse water-gas shift catalyst (cat1) that can be used at high temperatures is obtained, along with a manufacturing method therefor. In this reverse water-gas shift catalyst (cat1), a support (cb1) having a ceria-based metal oxide or a zirconia-based metal oxide as the primary component thereof at least supports one or both of nickel and iron as a catalytic active component (ca1), and the proportion of the support (cb1) to the whole catalyst is 55 wt% or greater.
