An objective of the present invention is to switch a connective state between terminals to a non-connective state without requiring a revolution in a revolving body. Provided is a revolving electrical component (1), comprising: a casing body which exposes a first terminal (13); a revolving body (6) which is revolvably retained in the casing body; and a second terminal (11) further comprising a movable contact body which is capable of approaching and moving away from the first terminal (13) according to a revolving operation of the revolving body (6). A connective/non-connective state of the first terminal (13) and the second terminal (11) is switched. A slider (9) is disposed between the revolving body (6) and the movable contact body, said slider (9) slide moving according to the revolution of the revolving body (6) and bringing the movable contact body into contact with the first terminal (13). With a return mechanism further comprising a solenoid (15) and a lever (14) which, being driven by the solenoid (15), returns the slider (9), the movable contact body and the first terminal (13) are separated and the first terminal (13) and the second terminal (11) are returned to the non-connective state.
