Title:
REVOLVING PALETTE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/162157
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a revolving palette for conveying products by stacking the products on a top surface of a plate having a predetermined thickness, wherein the revolving palette comprises: an upper revolving plate having a top plate which is a plate member having a flat surface in the shape of a circle, a shaft support pipe which has a shaft insertion hole in the center thereof while vertically extending from the center of the top plate and respectively has an upper end bearing groove and a lower end bearing groove such that an upper end bearing and a lower end bearing are respectively inserted into the upper end and the lower end of the shaft insertion hole, a spacer ring which is formed in a predetermined thickness on the bottom surface of the outside end of the top plate so as to be vertically fixed downwards, and an engagement ring which is formed on the bottom surface of the spacer ring so as to horizontally extend inwards at a predetermined interval from the top plate and has a plurality of gear holes aligned at a predetermined interval along a revolving trajectory on the inside surface thereof, wherein the upper revolving plate axially rotates in the state that a heavy article or product is secured on the top surface so as to convey the heavy article or product; a lower revolving plate having a bottom plate which is a plate member having a flat surface in the shape of a circle and is positioned at the lower portion of the top plate, and a fixing shaft rod which is vertically erected upwards on the center of the top surface of the lower revolving plate so as to be inserted into the shaft insertion hole of the shaft support pipe and is axially fixed by a fixing bolt at the upper portion of the upper end bearing so as to be rotatable such that the fixing shaft rod axially supports the upper revolving plate to be rotatable while preventing the release thereof, and a plurality of rotation sliding guide members which are formed at a uniform interval such that the rotation sliding guide members are vertically erected upwards on the front end of the lower revolving plate, axially coupled to a rotation roller at the upper end portion thereof so as to be rotatable and have a right side support plate and a left side support plate for rotating and guiding the upper revolving plate on the bottom surface thereof, wherein the lower support plate guides and supports the axial revolution of the upper revolving plate at the lower portion thereof; and a forward and backward revolving motor having a driving gear axially coupled to a driving shaft having a driving force of which is to be decelerated by a decelerator and gear-coupled to a plurality of gear holes of the engagement ring so as to axially revolve the upper revolving plate, is fixedly mounted on the lower support plate, and rotates the driving gear of the driving shaft forwards and backwards and stops the rotation of the driving gear of the driving shaft using a footswitch which extends to be provided at a distance. The present invention can easily move products or articles having a relatively large volume or heavy weight from an article warehouse for the maintenance and movement thereof, or can easily implement the changes in direction of the products in an assembly process by moving the heavy products or articles along a conveyor in a production line for the manufacture thereof. Therefore, assembling work of the products can be easily and conveniently carried out, thereby improving workability and productivity.
