Abstract:

This RF tag comprises a substrate, an antenna section disposed over the substrate, a semiconductor element electrically connected to the antenna section, and an adhesive layer formed so as to at least partially cover the antenna section and the semiconductor element. The antenna section has an electroconductive thin wire that has a linewidth W2 of 0.25-5.0 μm. The adhesive layer, when torn away from the antenna section, takes away a first separation part including at least a part of the electroconductive thin wire and leaves on the substrate a second separation part including another part of the electroconductive thin wire other than the part of the electroconductive thin wire.
