Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to correct an error from a design value due to variations and the like in component dimensional accuracy, assembly accuracy, or permittivity, and to maintain the design value. An RF window is provided with: a circular waveguide which includes a circular pipe portion having a circular conduit with a circular cross section, and side wall portions connected to both sides in an axial direction of the circular pipe portion; a first rectangular waveguide which includes a first rectangular conduit having a rectangular cross section and which is connected to one of the side wall portions so that the first rectangular conduit communicates with the circular conduit; a second rectangular waveguide which includes a second rectangular conduit having a rectangular cross section, and which is connected to the other of the side wall portions so that the second rectangular conduit communicates with the circular conduit; and a dielectric plate which is configured in a plate shape, disposed in the circular conduit, and hermetically retained in the circular pipe portion. The circular waveguide includes a plastically deformable portion which is plastically deformable so that at least the length in the axial direction of the circular waveguide can be changed.
