Abstract:
Provided is a RFID tag which has a significantly wide bandwidth as an antenna, and operates stably. The RFID tag comprises a looped feed element formed on a base, an IC chip electrically connected to the looped feed element and placed on the base, a dielectric layer having a first surface and a second surface, a first conductive layer placed on the first surface, and second conductive layer placed on the second surface, wherein an artificial medium is laminated on the base, the first surface is located closer to the looped feed element than the second surface, and when the looped feed element is viewed from the direction that the artificial medium is laminated, the looped feed element is arranged to surround a part of an end of the first conductive layer of the artificial element.
