Abstract:
Disclosed is an RFID tunnel machine using multi-beam antennas, comprising a box-type tunnel, a control box, and a conveyer belt. A controller, an RFID reader-writer, a power supply module, and a communication circuit are arranged in the control box; the conveyer belt horizontally passes through the box-type tunnel; position sensors are arranged on the upper edge of a vertical inner sidewall of the box-type tunnel at intervals; a multi-beam RFID antenna is arranged on each of the top inner wall, two vertical inner walls, and the bottom inner wall of the box-type tunnel. According to the RFID tunnel machine, four multi-beam RFID antennas are used for reading an RFID tag of an object conveyed on the conveyer belt, thereby effectively reducing the possibility of causing a reading blind area and increasing the success rate of RFID tag reading; the position of the object on the conveyer belt can be obtained in real time by using position sensors, so that the controller controls, by means of the RFID reader-writer, the multi-beam RFID antenna to start a beam at a specific angle to transmit and receive a radio frequency signal, thereby reducing energy leakage and reducing the crosstalk rate.
