Abstract:
A rib-carving structure for a tank body. The rib-carving structure comprises: an upper fixing plate (10); a vertical lifting cylinder (20); a vertical sleeve (30), wherein the central axial direction of the vertical sleeve has a hollow structure; a rotating disc (40), comprising an upper driving disc (41) and a lower rotating disc (42); and a reset rod (50), a pressing and attaching disc (51) being provided at the bottom of the reset rod. The rotating disc (40) is sleeved on the outer circumference of the middle of the vertical sleeve (30) in a height direction, several driving seats (70) are annularly distributed on an outer ring of the lower rotating disc (42), the driving seats (70) are connected to corresponding annular positions of the lower rotating disc (42) in a pivoted manner, roller bearings (80) are provided on upper parts of the driving seats (70), rib-carving rollers (90) are provided on lower parts of the driving seats (70), the driving seats (70) are rotatably arranged around a pivot point, the roller bearings (80) are located in an upper area of the lower rotating disc (42), the rib-carving rollers (90) are located in a lower area of the lower rotating disc (42), and rib-carving ring surfaces (91) of the rib-carving rollers (90) face an outer ring surface of a product (100). The rib-carving structure is simple and reliable, and the tank body can be stably and reliably separated from the rib-carving structure, so that stable manufacturing of the tank body is guaranteed.
