Abstract:
Provided is a control method of a rice cooker (1) and a rice cooker (1). The control method comprises the following steps: S1, when the rice cooker (1) enters a water absorption stage, controlling a pressure change device to change the pressure in a cooking chamber of the rice cooker (1) from a normal pressure to a first pressure; S2, after the pressure in the cooking chamber changes to the first pressure, controlling the pressure change device to alternate the pressure in the cooking chamber between a second pressure and a third pressure; S3, after the pressure in the cooking chamber alternates between the second pressure and the third pressure for a predetermined water absorption time, controlling the rice cooker (1) to enter a heating stage.
