Provided is a rice cooker (100) which can effectively release heat at the bottom of a heated rice cooking part (1) to the outside and which can prevent excessive heating of the top surface of a table or the like whereon the rice cooking part is placed. The present invention is also capable of improving the strength of an induction heating cooking part (2) whereon the rice cooking part is placed. The rice cooker includes the rice cooking part that accommodates food to be cooked therein and the induction heating cooking part that cooks with the rice cooking part placed on a top surface thereof. The rice cooking part has an upper case (10C) that forms an outer shell and an annular lower frame (10B) that is adjoiningly arranged below a lower end face of the upper case. The lower frame has a bottom surface wall (10P) which is formed along an external edge of the bottom surface and protrudes toward the induction heating cooking part from the bottom surface of the lower frame. The bottom surface wall has a wall opening formed so as to place the inside surrounded by the bottom surface wall in communication with the outside. A reinforcing support extending upward is formed integrally with a top surface of a lower case that constitutes an outer shell of the induction heating cooking part.
